Tour Operation Notice
Tour schedules may be subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, traffic, or local conditions. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance and adjustments will be made accordingly. If the minimum number of participants required for a program is not met, the tour may be canceled. In this case, notice will be given 24 to 48 hours prior to departure. For programs that include hiking, trekking, or other outdoor activities, we strongly recommend wearing appropriate clothing and gear for your safety.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation at least 10 days before the tour: Full refund Cancellation at least 7 days before the tour: 50% refund Cancellation within 2 days of the tour or no-show on the day: No refund ※ In cases of force majeure (e.g., illness, family emergency), refunds may be considered upon submission of appropriate documentation. ※ Some programs may have separate refund policies. Please refer to the specific program page for details.
Reservation & Change Policy
All K-Xplore tours require advance reservation, and the reservation is confirmed only upon full payment. Reservation changes can be made up to 3 days before the tour date. After that, changes may be subject to availability and additional fees may apply. Please note that some programs may have separate reservation and change policies.
